Warning against Fair Guide, EventFair and similar

Unfortunately we experience from time to time, that our exhibitors are approached and bothered by requests from "Fair Guide" or other companies such as EventFair, Slovakiet, Construction Data Verlag AG, Austria,  and Expo-Guide , Mexico, offering publicity/advertising in their exhibition guide, www.fair-guide.com.

The requests from Fair Guide renders the impression, that they are cooperating with various exhibition centers. But this is not the case - MESSE C has never partnered or cooperated with Fair Guide. MESSE C does not disclose names and information on exhibitors – Fair Guide obtain that information by fetching info from the fair's website.

The method, Fair Guide and others use to obtain a signature, is to claim, that an error needs to be corrected or an address and/or company name needs to be updated.

Be aware that, with a signature on a contract from Fair Guide, you are obligated to pay about 20.000 Danish Kroner for inclusion on their website the next three years - which is absolutely not worth the money.
