Expectations are high for when PC Maskiner, in a about a month's time, will attend NutriFair in Fredericia – the trade fair for livestock producers.
Amongst the new products from the Skive based company is a sunshade, which can provide shade to free-range pigs during the summer period. At the turn of the year, a new trade agreement for ecological pig producers will come into force, including the demand for shade in the farrowing field.. Read more here.

One of the very popular presentations was when four young women from the “Frej” think tank presented fresh viewpoints about the food policy debate."Frej" is an independent think tank that works with food policy and which works to bring clarification to the food debate, bring together the different groups of opinion and inspire common solutions to common challenges facing society.

Ingo Waltherscheid from Wiking Meat talked about the future of pig breeding and their recent agreement with Lidl.

Philipp Trénel from the Technological Institute presented his suggestions about the use of data and technology in future livestock production.

Rikke Engelbrecht took the opportunity to present her new book “Manual for young livestock”.
